Below is an outline of shipping procedures and frequently asked questions for the shop. Please don't hesitate to call, email, or text if you don't see the answer to your question here. 

ORDERS

Your order will arrive lovingly gift-wrapped. Jewelry is professionally displayed on quality card stock with a LunaVita label and placed a silky drawstring bag or box often with extra goodies. Fragile pieces will be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival. Clothing come with a handmade SolaVita label with care instructions and will be wrapped in tissue paper.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of payment, so please be sure all information is correct. 

 

Orders ship via regular USPS. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

United States: 7-10 business days // United Kingdom: 10-14 business days // Worldwide: 14-21 business days

 

* These time frames are approximations and subject to slight variation. I will do my best to get your order processed and shipped next day.

GIFT SHIPPING

All orders will come gift-wrapped. If you are sending your order as a gift to someone, please leave the appropriate address for delivery in the comments section when you place your order. 

RETURNS

 

Returns are accepted within two weeks. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly with the reason. If it is something simple, I will be happy to make adjustments. These designs are made with the intentions of supporting your conscious, creative lifestyle. With this being said, it is VERY important that you are aware of your length/ size/ material preferences prior to purchase. Many of the items listed ask you to specify length/ finish/ color. Be sure at time of ordering what your preference is as changes are costly and time consuming for both parties. If you find that you are drawn to an item, but unsure about the specifics, please do not hesitate to ask.

 

To return, exchange, or have a purchase altered, please first contact me with the reason. We will arrange for you to ship the item back to me. Upon receipt of the item I will make the appropriate changes/ swap the item/ issue a refund. If your item arrives damaged (this has never been reported) please contact me. I will happily work with you to come to a resolution.
