Payments + Refunds
Refund Policy
Cancellations on or before May 15th: You will receive a refund of the full amount paid, minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations after May 15th: No cash refund will be issued. Instead, you will receive a credit to your heARTful Kids account, which can be applied to future camps. This credit is valid until July 31st, 2026.

Adult to Child Ratio?
Our camper to educator ratio is approximately 6 to 1. We value relationship and intentionally build meaningful connections.
Who is camp for?
We welcome rising 1st-4th grade girls, boys, and gender non-conforming individuals.
Supporting Neurodiversity?
We work to provide an inclusive and compassionate space that supports kids with different learning styles and developmental profiles. Our registration process provides the opportunity to share about your child's specific needs so that we can prepare and train our staff accordingly. We are a neurodivergent team and our Founder is former Behavioral Therapist. We welcome your child.
